I've always had quite a deep 'innie' but it's slowly creeping towards the surface
Please reassure me and tell me it will go back 'in' when I've had the baby? I liked my innie and would quite like it back thank you very much!

It might stay an innie - mine did despite my huge bump! (I didn't like the idea of an outie) I'm fairly sure they do go back afterwards.

ha ha, yep don't worry it goes back in!
mine is more towards the surface than it used to be and I've had two babies. it's still an innie though. H used to take the mickey our of my extra 'nose' when I was pregnant.

phew, thank you! It looks different depending on the time of day, sometimes it is more 'out' than others, it's freaking me out a little bit - like it's got a life of it's own!

Mine was very deep, it's been gone for a few weeks now. It returned to normal last time so I'm confident it will do this time.

This is all very reassuring. I had visions of my tummy (hopefully) going back to normal but with a weird floppy belly button just laying around on the surface...

Yep,another here whose innie became a massive outie, but my LO is now 6 months old and it's pretty much back to the way it was! Was kind of flat straight after delivery.

I was actually really disappointed that my innie didn't become an outie when I was pregnant (although it was close) but it went back to normal very quickly

Mine's the same, getting flatter and flatter! H has tried to guess when it will disappear. I find that mine changes shape and deepness depending on where baby is lying.

Mine didn't go outie last time, but it got close. I hope it doesn't this time. I'd have to put a plaster or something over it.
Nice to see you! Please do nose around, sign up and join in.
