Eat whole grains, beans they're good source of nutrients and calcium, also eat eggs as it contains high protein and vitamins which will help in development of baby's brain. Have fresh unpasteurized Juice. Eat lots of dry fruit to have proper and high nutrients. Use leafy greens and vegitables in salad as they are rich in iron and vitamins which will help to maintain the hemoglobin in blood. You can also consult the nutrition for detailed diet plan.
