Merry Christmas everyone! How have you all fared today?
My best present was the look on my 17 month old's face when she went to turn on the Christmas lights (something we do every morning) and she saw the huge pile of presents for her!
Most duff was from my mother in law who bought my 3 month old who has a cows milk protein intolerance a selection bag of chocolates! Not complaining though as I get to eat them!
Anyone else want to share?

I'll join in! Not opened all presents yet but I've had a kindle which is exactly what i wanted.
My brother and his wife gave me a bottle of wine even though everyone who knows me knows i don't drink wine!
Oh and been having tightenings for four days which are now getting stronger so may well end up not really enjoying my dinner, which is a terrible thing lol.
Merry Christmas everybody!

Oh no jem, tightenings are horrible - I hope you manage to enjoy some dinner between them. I can't believe you were given a bottle of wine when not only do you not drink wine, you're also very pregnant!

Ha mamaD I'm with you.. E has been given a selection box too! And a box of chocolate buttons which were yummy! Ha.
I've had no rubbish gifts, Love everything I've got, E also has absolutely made my day today too.
We jointly received a bottle of wine (which we don't drink) and some kind of wine pouring kit too with stopper and can opener and a circle metal thing we can't decider what to do with.

We do a Secret Santa in my family, I got a Jamie Oliver cookbook which I love! but also a zip-up hoodie which just fits nicely now and won't in a couple of months I'm sure, ha!

My mother bought me a compact mirror with a built in light. She said yesterday she was nervous about my gift and now I know why. It's a crap gift. I think she has been watching too much QVC. Apparently the tweezers that come with it are fab. Shame I get my eyebrows threaded every three weeks! Ah well. It's the thought that counts.
Eliana has had some really lovely gifts though and people have been so generous, we're very lucky.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Best gift was my sewing machine, and my Hello Kitty Vans.
Worst present was my onesie. I'm 28, not 2!! I have only ever shown distaste towards onesies, BUT, as my Mum also got me my Vans, she is totally forgiven.

Best present here was a lie in till 8:10 this morning as M slept late - I was considering going to poke her to check she was ok when she came running through shouting "is it Christmas day now?"
Worst present was a friendship globe from SIL who I cant stand, it looks like an oversized Christmas bauble.

Best gift... I got so many gifts I love but the one that really made me smile (well laugh long and hard) was from Hubby. I said I wanted a jigsaw puzzle, and maybe a dog one (I usually do tourist attractions or 'chocolate box' cover-type designs) and he got me one which is a collage of pictures of our dog Lily! It's hilarious!
I actually got no crap gifts because they were all perfect little stocking filler type presents, and main pres from parents was a cot mattress and main gift from hubby was my lovely secondhand dressing table. If I had to pick worst it's the mini selection of Thorntons chocolates with about 8 in a box. I ate them all in one sitting, with a glass of Buck's Fizz, and had to go back to bed for 2 hours... What a moron!

Best...my 12 week scan was yesterday and everything looks fine. So very happy!
Worst...bottle of champagne, but only because I can't drink it. H has polished it off today though!

Best was S being an angel all day and the variety of people on hand to cuddle him whilst I ate chocolate. He also napped through dinner, it was fab!
Worst was not a present but the moment when I'd cantankerous 97 year old great aunt told me wished we would change S's name as it was "peculiar".
Most useless was the enormous box of gourmet popcorn that my nan bought me. I used to love popcorn (hence the username) but now it reminds me of the smell of breastfed nappies so I've kind of gone off it!
Hope you've all had lovely Christmas days, enjoy the last 7 minutes!

Best - R slept the best she ever has Christmas eve & day nights !! Feel like a different person with sleep. I love my Yankee candle electric burner & new ipod ... I was very very spoilt.
Worse - R being passed around constantly, luckily i'm breastfeeding so got to pinch her back from time to time. Party dresses for R which are newborn & won't fit for at least a few weeks if longer. Oh & Christmas washing up gloves .. that's dh's job!!!
