    Hello Girls,

Todays task is writing my birth plan but im not sure where to start. I have some pointers in my notes but im still struggling and looking at a blank page in Word..!!

i prob wont be much help but its just stuff like
If you want to stay mobile as poss.
    Eat and drink
    Birth parnter
    pain relfief if any
position for delivery if you have one you want to try.( upright ie kneeling up is good goes with gravity)
Whether you want hubby/birth patner to cut the cord
if you want to jab to help deliver the placenta
if you want baby to have Vit K jab
If you want to feel baby crowning
If you want baby straight onto your skin or cleaned and wrapped 1st. (i wanted cleaned st but at the time wanted skin to skin straight away and was amazing!)

Soz if not much use. But also remember that the MW will ask you alot of these things anyway ie the jabs cutting cord so dont panic too much.

    And yeh!!!!!!!! Its so exciting.
