H and I are planning on going camping during the upcoming half-term. I will use cold water sterilising and get a little pop up travel got (plus extra insulation) for L, windbreaks to contain O and both are in nappies so I don't need to worry about a potty. There isn't much else to consider is there, or have I missed something out? Any tips would be much appreciated.

How exciting!! Lots of wipes for everything so you can clean them up without leaving the tent! Am abroad so when is half term? Lots of warm fleeces + thick socks x
This is something I want to do next summer - with a 4 year old and hopefully 6-8 month old (TTC!!)

Ah, wipes! I'll need to buy those as I won't be able to wash my cheeky wipes on the site. Half-term is the last week of May (27th I think)

Defo lots of wipes then!!! End of may should be warmish - if you're lucky

Will you have a power supply? If so is say a little electric heater just incase it does get chilly

We won't be having a power supply. I think it's going to be a case of lots of layers plus those ground mats for insulation.

we used a mains adapter that plugged into the car cigarette lighter before so we had power to charge phones etc, not sure if that might be an option worth considering. Hopefully the weather will be nice and warm anyway

We first camped with Zoe when she was 10 weeks old. I was formula feeding and that was probably the biggest hassle, we had a table that we set up the steriliser on and used cartons of formula rather than powder. Zoe slept in the carrycot of her pram and I popped a couple of extra blankets on her than would have done normally.
Anti bac gel is always useful, as well as the wipes that have already been mentioned.
I have to say that now I wouldn't be without our electric hook-up. Only cost about £20 for the cable from Go Outdoors and it has revolutionised things. Means when Zoe wakes up at silly o'clock she can sit and watch her DVD player, we can charge up mobiles etc and of course the heater.
