At the weekend A developed a snuffly nose and cough that doesn't seem to be there all the time. She seems quite sneezy when outside or just after we've been outside, and last night when it was hot she was ever so snuffly. To start with I thought she was getting a cold, but now I'm wondering if it could be hayfever as it's not constantly there!

I would imagine they can as essentially hay fever is just another allergy, not sure though, is she teething? I've found this can cause phantom colds that sporadically come and go

Yes, E had it when we spent a week in Italy. It was horrendous. If A isn't suffering too badly with it, I wouldn't worry too much. They aren't supposed to have anything until 12 months onwards but E at 8 months was prescribed Piriton. I get hayfever, it's miserable so really feel for the poor babies!
