I started taking them at 6 weeks, at 8 I've stopped taking them until I can get to my gp. I felt fine, the day after taking the first one I felt mildly nauseous, next day worse and on and on until it was debilitating. I couldn't do anything I was so buried under the nausea. I actually forgot to take it for two days and surprise surprise I felt 100% better. Still tired, sluggish and a little nauseous but functioning. Did anyone else stop taking them because they felt so ill? Im feeling pretty conflicted, I want more than anything for my baby to be healthy but I also have a son to take care of and I just can't cope on those tablets 😞

You can get folic acid from certain foods if you can't take the pill form
Mainly dark green veg has it, Google it to see, I know there's a variety of things that have folic acid xx

Also I found out that Marmite (if you like it) has it in... I tried to have that every morning as the pills made my sickness worse!! x
