HI all, new to this forum and have been TTC two months, have been using standard dip sticks for O last month and after two days of positives got a negative so fair idea of O day. This month bought the clarblue advanced digital and liked the idea of smileys but have had six days of smileys from CD 10-14 and on 28 day cycle so LP usually 14 days. Have been using the dip sticks in conjunction (during the day) and clearblue with FMU still got flashing smileys (high fertility) but got my first positive dip stick (solid line) so do I take it that the sticks are more sensitive?
I am guessing I will get a solid smiley tomorrow but not sure....Not even sure of continuing as much more expensive than dip sticks. I have also bought a basal thermometer which I will start using in third cycle to chart as want to confirm I actually do ovulate (although regular cycles so 99% certain I do and get O pains around about the time of it). We have BDed CD8, 10, 11, 13 and will tonight, tomorrow and Friday as being the three peak days (again going my previous cycle history) but wasn't sure if anyone else had these issues with clearblue advanced? £22 per month is expensive if it gives me more questions than answers...
