Have any other ladies experienced pain in their coccyx (tailbone)? The last few days especially it's been really uncomfortable, I'm assuming it's because I'm sitting at work for long periods but I'm pretty clueless as to how to relieve the pain or even better how to prevent it in the first place.
It basically feels like I've been kicked REALLY hard in my bum and when it starts hurting nothing seems to stop it, getting up out of the chair is really painful and walking around for the first 10+ mins after getting up is really sore too and I end up walking like i've pooped myself so any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!!

You can get cushions that mean the coccyx isn't getting any pressure, google coccyx cushion. I actually fell down stairs whilst pregnant and broke my coccyx!

I'm pretty sure this is what I've started suffering with. Usually it's ok at the start of the day but by late afternoon/evening I'm really struggling. It's particularly bad if I've done a lot if walking or sitting. It was really bad last night and I struggled to get to sleep, usually it's gone by morning but it can still feel it this time! I really do feel your pain x
