The front of b's hair is getting really long and nearly in his eyes, I keep pushing it to one side but soon it will be too long for that, the rest of his hair is fairly short where he's been laying, would you trim it yourself, or take him to a hair dressers?

I would do it myself (although having said that R's hair comes right down to her chin and I haven't cut it yet - being a girl I can get away with clipping it back!)

I'm worried I might make it look worse but a hairdressers will probably charge me a fortune and would only take them a second

I trim J's myself. He has an "emo" hairstyle so it's usually long(ish), but inbetween trips to the barbers, I trim it.

Ask around, most hairdressers won't charge for a baby.
