Some times partners can go with you but if it's during working hours I would assume it is just ladies as men cannot usually get time off for them. I must admit my midwife hasn't told me about any antenatal classes - I hope they work for you and you get the chance to meet people who are similar to yourself.
If it was me I would go alone the first time anyway, check it out, if partners can go see if you can maybe take a friend next time... Many people will be in the same position as yourself so don't worry.
Usually if you search for the class online it may tell you who can go... You can also find classes that partners can go to online if you look hard enough

Mine came to 2 out of 3 with me. The 3rd was about bf and I don't think he would have felt too comfortable watching an old wrinkly midwife latching a baby doll on to a plastic tit and explaining how to self express using ur thumb and forefinger haha. There were women on their own at the first 2 tho x

I went to the classes on my own 1st to see if other dh's went too , n I found that people are more likely to talk to you if you are on your own ,n you're more likely to talk to them if you're on your own too , if you have company they think you're ok , went to yoga classes too , just girls , still in touch with some of them , nice to meet others at the same stage as yourself , can't seem to find a class this time round though , n if there are any they are really expensive !! nice to have a look around the hospital you're likely to deliver in , makes the enviroment far less intimidating , one born started again last night , did anyone see it ? x x
