Or will a morrock hoodie and extra blankets be enough?
I know the last couple of winters have been very cold, but I didn't know if a foot muff was essential or not? I don't want S to be chilly, but also don't want to keep spending cash if it's not needed. Especially as it appears they don't do a matching foot muff for my pram colour, grrr!

We have a foot muff and have found it brilliant in the last couple of weeks whilst it has been colder. E looks really cosy in it and as has a habit of kicking off blankets I know that with the foot muff he is nice and warm

I wouldn't be without a buggysnuggle on my pram. I've had 3 buggy s uggles plus my first pram came with a really cosy foot muff. I walked a lot with the double pram (even in deep snow) so having they bundled up in snowsuits and inside the buggysnuggles was a must.
I've you mainly use your pram in shopping malls then maybe not but if you walk lots then I'd say its a must.

I've been wondering this too. We too have the morrck and I think I'm going to try and stick with it, though madams legs are quite long and I worry they'll be out of it! I figured it was plenty warm enough last winter when she were tiny so I'm hoping for the same.

I love ours. Especially when it's that in between temperature so not quite cold enough for a coat but not warm enough without. Ben always looks really toasty in his and he cannot keep blankets on so this is so much easier!

I didnt' have one for Zoe as our pushchair had a built in wind cover so she had her blanket tucked around her and then the windcover pulled over it. The problem with using just a blanket is that they keep falling off. I have ordered a footmuff for Orla's Bee.

We've got one on ours and Angus has been lovely and cosy for the past week or so. I've also found that he is fine with just a jumper on, rather than a coat, so it's easier just to fold the muff back rather than remove layers when we've been shopping.

I wouldn't be without my footmuff, it keeps them so cosy in winter. Don't worry about them not doing one to match your pram, have a look at Pupabags and Buggy Snuggles - so many fab designs to choose from
