Hector is six, Claudia is three, so we make them. We have never yet bought a birthday / Mothering Sunday/ Fathers' Day or Christmas card.
I am guessing The Beasties will be happy enough to make them for a few years to come hey?
Cards are blooming expensive, and besides, The Boy bins them near enough straight away, at least if the children make them he is guilted into holding on to them for a bit!

Yep, I buy them.
Hand made cards would be wasted on the men.
I buy 5 - Dad and step Dad ones for H, A Dad one for C's Dad, A Dad and Grandad one for my Dad. I generally buy them the 29p ones from Card Factory, as they only get chucked.

Yes I have, although I know C has made one a pre-school as well - we don't actually have it yet, but MrDD already knows about it since C mentioned it the other day, but if he didn't know and I'd have been passed it earlier I might not have bought one too.
I was also bought one for mothers day despite C having made one for me then too.

What DD said. But this year I'm going to make a photo card myself from both boys.
I also need to buy my dad one. I find m&s pretty good and cheap for cards

Depends how organised I am. Zoe loves to make them but quite often we just don't have the time.
