I imagine so.... defo if you had a c-section

Expect so but if you have the stuff I guess you could crack on now. I really need to join you! I still have my books somewhere

I thought u could do SW when pregnant so surely after the birth they would allow you to join.
I started ww when L was about 8 weeks but the gp never said anything.

I've no idea about WW. If you went to SW whilst pregnant you can go back straight away but if not they say you have to wait 6 weeks.

I'm sure they ask you yeah, but if you told them yes they wouldnt know otherwise. Given that my six, week check consisted of her saying "are you feeling ok? What contraception do you want? Bye" I don't see the importance that's put on the six week check by these places x

I used to be a WW leader, and yes you do. However, we didnt ask for proof so we wouldnt know one way or another, unless you took baby with you and it looked a couple days old!

Porkchop, that's the thing. I'd have Heidi with me. She's big but doesn't look 6 weeks. Ah well. Will be good until then.

Agree with Weekender! It's not like the 6-week check is physical, or at least mine wasn't.

The problem with saying baby is 6 weeks already you'd have to remember that forever more at the classes. If it was me I'd soon forget and the baby would get younger! You can start eating healthily anyway its not like you need to go to a class to do it. Just cut back the rubbish, eat more veggies and fruit and drink plenty of water. I use My Fitness Pal and there is a website someone has put together which has lots of meals which fall in the Slimming World system (sorry I don't have a link). I bet there's one out there someone's done for Weight Watchers too.

I am Cedar, I just need the fear of standing on their scales as motivation!

I find my own scales motivation enough
This is the link to the Slimming World one I was wittering on about. I think Margot posted it yonks and yonks ago originally. Anyway. some different ideas in it.

Aww give yourself a break lovely, H is still teeny tiny. I am giving myself until 6 weeks before I start (next week, boo!). I managed 2 days last week and decided I was just too knackered to think about it all and bother being good.
I hear you get 14 extra points for BF, I'm rather liking the sound of that!

Morph, I've had to hang up my boobs already. Enjoy the extra points. I know she's only weeny but I have about 5 stone to loose with a holiday in October and H's christening. I need to get on with it.
Thanks for the link Cedar xx
