I am officially 10 weeks and have my 1st scan tomorrow (I've never been so excited & scared!)
I thought the symptoms would start to wear off a tad by now but I feel they are only getting stronger! I seriously slept on and off ALL DAY yesterday and woke up this morning for work like I got hit by a train! I'm extremely sore feeling, more tired than when I first got pregnant, very sore breasts, & this morning sickness is not leaving me.
everyone tells me it'll get better and I want to enjoy this pregnancy more than anything, I feel like such a bad person complaining all the time but I really do feel awful

Ashley as rough as it is, all those symptoms are so ething to be grateful & happy for... It means your baby is doing well! I am pregnant for the 3rd time after 2 mc's & every symptom i had made me smile... Even the throwing up! Of course it was rough & there were days when i had a cry about it too but never forget the reason why all of that is happening
in answer to your question... Yes... It really does get better. The tiredness for me stayed until about 16 / 17 weeks but is now much better. The nausea eased off around the same time too.
hang in there!

Thank you for your reply! Don't get me wrong, I am grateful and very happy to be pregnant.. it's just the 1st time I have ever been pregnant and my body is no where used to all these changes happening so fast. I'm so happy for you after the tragic events that happened in your past! I'm sure you are going to be a great mother I think i'll feel a lot better after I have my 1st scan tomorrow!
i' glad to know it gets better, 9 months of feeling this way would take a toll on me. I can live with the sickness it's just being so tired at work when I'm the supervisor and haven't told all of my employee's the news yet... don't want t look like a bad boss or anything and I still effectively do my job, I just feel half awake doing it especially when I have to work 50 hours a week
