C has been in a gro bag since she moved into her own room at 6mo. She's now at the point where she's growing out of the 2.5tog bag she's been in, plus it's way too warm for it now anyway. The next step seems to be to move to a pillow and duvet, but she's still in her cot, and moves all over the mattress so I'm a bit concerned that she'd suffocate under the duvet. In that case I'd prefer to put her into a bigger bag, but I'm a bit torn (read: being completely indecisive).
help me decide what to do please!!!
(apols if I don't reply immediately, off to bluewater)

we're keeping Isla in a sleeping bag as she's far too wriggly for a duvet. She's just moved into the next size which is 18-36 months I think. They are really quite big and some come with a popper half way up so that you can fold over the bottom if it is massively too big. I got 3 on ebay, 2 2.5 togs and 1 1.5 tog for about £20.

P is under a duvet and has a pillow. I say 'under' the duvet but she chucks it to the bottom of the cot as her room is warm. She sleeps much better than she was doing in the gro bag so it was a good decision for us.

G had a duvet and pillow from just before she was 2. Got the toddler set from Argos which has a duvet, pillow, duvet cover and pillowcase. Duvet is very lightweight and small x

J has had a pillow and duvet since he was 1. We got him the toddler "bed in a bag". The duvet is lightweight, and he had blankets in his cot too, as he was able to cover/uncover himself when he was too hot/cold.
I've never used the sleeping bags, so the duvet was just natural progression from just blankets.

Miss CV was in a grobag until she was 3. She is nearly 4 now and still hasnt mastered the art of staying under her duvet and I do think a lot of her night wakings are due to being cold.

A had a pillow and duvet from about the same age Coco is now, he's still in a cot now. I found he stayed in one place once he had a pillow.
The other thing you could try is using a blanket for a little while whilst it's warmer?
Ikea are good for duvet/pillow sets btw.

I think it's 4 tog BW. But as she kicks it off she's 0 tog really. Ha.

I is still in grobags at 2 and sleeps so well in them and is still in a cot so worth going up a size for us. She still wriggles so much and likes the bags so she may be in them some time.
