I sold an item BIN on Monday afternoon. Buyer paid Monday afternoon.
In the listing I clearly state I will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
I emailed buyer tonight out of courtesy so they knew to keep an eye on the post, stating that I will ship on Thursday AM and provide tracking number.
Buyer replied: "I shall be giving bad feedback as this item has taken too long to post. I am not impressed with your sale"
WTF? I'm within my promised (and ebay's suggested) timeframe and the buyer never asked me to send item any quicker! I bet I get negative feedback and there is nothing I can do about it?!?!

So frustrating. I hate selling on eBay after a couple of problems, I let h do it instead!

I sent him a polite but firm reply stating I was within the timeframe and hadn't don't anything wrong. He hasn't replied. I'll just have to wait and see what he does re feedback I guess....?

If he does feedback, can you have it removed by eBay with proof that its unfair? Otherwise you'll have to comment on it to explain. Some people are rude!!

Surely if you have proof of the timeframe you set and proof of postage you can get any bad feedback removed?
