I just wandered if any of you are exercising and what exercise works for you or should i say what's safe for you?
I've had 4 bleeds between week 11 and 14 so I was advised not to exercise but as I have not had one for 2 weeks as long as that continues the doctors say I can gradually get back into exercise. I used to run and do circuit training before I was pregnant which I'm not allowed to do now but I want to do something as I've always enjoyed exercise and keeping fit. I went to a body balance class last night (a mixture of yoga an Thai chi) my back is slightly sore but I guess it's not necessarily because I've pulled something it could be that I haven't exercised for a while?
Sorry for the essay x
