So far nothing :( I feel rubbish but I think part of the reason I feel rubbish might be because I'm doing nothing.
I don't want to so bootcamp anymore, too much ab work so I'm without a fitness centre/gym at the moment. I think I might join the gym and go when Jude's at school.

Eh none. Walking pushing those two in a single is enough

Isis ab work is still ok to do, if your bootcamp leader is qualified (and not one of these folk that did a 2 day online course!) they should be able to adapt every exercise for you. I do ab work Mon, Wed and Fri and a little in yoga. As long as you don't have split abs then it will help to strengthen your core and support your bump. Eases back pain further on as well.

That's incredible LR! I go swimming a fair bit and do a sort of circuit class once a week. I don't think I'm doing enough though. I feel weird running now so I've decided not to run at all whilst pregnant, which is killing me.

Did you run before? You could continue, just slow your pace, monitor your heart rate and avoid sprints (elevate your HR)
I was still running on the treadmill until a few weeks back, that was preparing to climb Ben Nevis though and I hate running so I've stopped now!
My main problem is sore boobs!

Walking a few miles a day, and sexercise.

But there's only so long I can do sit ups til! I'll still do planks etc but I'd rather exercise alone now I think, I was the strongest member in my class probably and now I'm not and I don't think I could cope with that ;) do miss the boxing though.
LR - i dont think i like you very much any more lol!
well so far i have done nothing due to the sickness being so severe, i am back at Physio once a weeks now and she is making me do some pilates excersises, i am starting swimming tonight! going to try going twice a week if i can

Omg LR that's amazing! I couldn't do metafit before I was pregnant (burpees urgh).
I'm doing nothing at the Mo as I'm knackered but I've booked on to pregnancy yoga and I've bought a pregnancy exercise DVD that I'll be starting next week.

LR you're a machine, that's amazing!
I was doing similar amounts before I was pregnant, mainly body combat, zumba, yoga, running and pole fitness. I had to give up pole fitness as soon as I found out I was pregnant and also gave up yoga as my instructor changed and the new one refused to take me.
I carried on running and doing zumba for a while but couldn't face the intensity of combat.
I now do yoga mainly - a class once a week and practice at home 4-5 times a week - I'm too much of a heffer to do anything else.
Once I'm on ML after next week I'll be swimming a bit more hopefully!

LR, the midwife said I could keep running because I did before but it's a mental thing haha. I have images of the baby bobbing up an down. Also the boob issue.

I did aqua natal, yoga and some walking. Walking got a bit tough later on but loved swimming and yoga right up to the end.

Isis I don't do any crunches (even when not pregnant) they are so bad for your back.
I'm looking forward to aqua natal. My friend goes and we both went together during out last pregnancies as well.
Little Dude I know what you mean, I sometimes picture the baby bouncing about inside as well lol

I continued to exercise a lot during pregnancy and I think it helped me with a very difficult labour. The Dr commented that I must have been fit to get E out and avoid a c-section.
Up until 35 weeks I did spinning, body pump and yoga classes. After that I did aqua and went swimming a lot right up to my due date. I also got a specific programme designed by one of the trainers at the gym for general gym floor work which was safe during pregnancy which included the cross-trainer, rower, bike and weights. I avoided all crunches. I also stopped running as it was too uncomfortable for me
