    HI Z,

Thanks for the FAO! Yes had appointment last Friday. Obviously as only 5 weeks she couldn't see much on the scan but she did check it wan't ectopic. Had bloods taken and then more taken yesterday to check hormone levels were rising. The nurse said they would call me today (think she forgot it was a bank holiday so not expecting a call till tomorrow) to confirm things are going as expected (fingers crossed) and will then make and appointment for another scan at 7 weeks for a reassurance scan. Told both sets of parents this weekend, all very obviously very excited. Can't help keep comparing day by day to last time but everything feels more real this time trying to be positive.

Saw you got your Wishing you lots of luck with the baby dancing. I know it's hard but try to relax and not focus on ttc, nearly impossible I know! Hopefully you will only be a few weeks behind me. x x

HI, glad all went ok for you last Fri, I think it will be great to have that reassurance scan too at 7 weeks. It must be hard not to compare with last prgnancy, think I would be the same, but every pregnancy is different I guess. Do you mind me asking, did you have any signs after ovulation you can remember, before your BFP?? Were you symptom spotting much? :\)

We have BDd a fair bit - lol - just hoping its our month, if not, we will just try again. I'm trying hard to relax and just "see what happens". Take care. Zxx

Bet Mr Z thinks it's Christmas!

Of cause I don't mind you asking about symptoms. Can't say I had any signs of ovulation but I have never noticed any before either. Started spotting symptoms about a week after I ovulated, started to feel a little nauseas which got worse each day and i was irritable. Had the same thing last pregnancy too. Not got any sore boobs, though they got huge last time and didn't really go back down. Have felt tired over the last week but only in the evening actually really energetic in the mornings. I though I was making the symptoms up only did a pregnancy test to prove to myself they were in my head.

Good luck, thnking of you. Take care Andi x x

Ha ha - thanks for info Andi.

Its funny, last time I had majorly sore boobs right after ovulation, no sign of that as yet, apart from my smiley on the kit and some CM over the weekend, and come to think of it, a twinge today around my right ovary, that's the only sign of any ovulation!! This 2w wait is going to be a long one!!!

Take care, enjoy the rest of the Bank Hol. Zoe xx

    Hi Zoe
How comes 2ww are longer than any other 2 weeks? In my 2ww I went to Go Ape, it had been booked for ages with a group of friends. If I knew that 5 days later Iwas going to get a BFP I'd never have done it!

Just had a call from the EPU who want me to go for another scan tomorrow which has worried me. They said my hormone levels have risen though. Fingers crossed everything will be ok. Hubby says they are just being cautious.

Take care, enjoy the rest of the Bank Hol. Andi x x
