Awww shaz, sorry you are feeling down.......I have got quite depressed during pregnancy before, I don't think that it's uncommon......is there a particular reason you don't feel that you can tell your partner?
I haven't got any useful advice really except that I found getting out and about really helpful. PM me any time if you want to chat x x x

That's horrid hun, are you in a town or out in the sticks? Are there any pregnant mum's in the school playground......I know it can be a bit of a minefield, but you might find someone in the same boat. I avoid the playground mum's at all costs generally but sometimes they can surprise you, especially when it comes to babies because they have all been there!!!!!!

Hi Shaz. Sorry to jump in, but do u have a local sure start centre where you are? Mine has bump to baby group every Tuesday. I know you are probaby feeling daunted about meeting new people, but most people in these groups feel exactly the same. Also, when I was feeling lonely after having dd, I used to look on Netmums under the meet a mum section. Its done a bit like a classified page, but I found it really helpful to find like minded people. Best of luck to u x x
