Hiah,is there anyway you could have a quick nap in the afternoon? I think perhaps that would help,but I understand it's not always possible,I'm 33 weeks,and have similar issues,when my fella is here at weekend I try and nap in the afternoon to perk myself up,my iron levels are terrible on 2 tabs a day but little improvement.
Reckon mine is because I dont sleep at night properly though.
Pregnacare is an excellent vitamin,I'm on those too. My lads are 3 and 2 it's hard work I know,if worse came to worse could you put tv on and baby gate up so all in same room and have quick nap? I know it's not ideal,but it may help,and hopefully it's temporary x Hope you find an answer soon

I'd say the same.Try and get a nap in during the day.If you can't nap,have a quiet hour or so of an afternoon where you're sat down,or lying down if you can,with your feet up,while your little ones play in the same room as you so you're not up and down after them,maybe put on a dvd or cbeebies.Even if it's story time or puzzles,just to give yourself a rest.Even a twenty minute power nap works wonders.I used to do this every after noon when my eldest two were toddlers and I was pregnant with my third.It was the only way to get through to teatime.
Get as early a night as you can,but also make sure you're eating enough.Banana sandwiches are good for energy boosts.Lots of drinks also.Try not to do more than you have to while you're feeling so tired.Big jobs can wait till you're feeling more energetic.

thanks everyone, sounds like its pretty normal problem, i just thought all the worst bits sickness, tiedness ect is ment to go by 13/14 weeks but now i realise how lucky i was through my 1st and 2nd pregnancies, this one is just full of tiedness, nausea, mood swings and lots of moaning!lol.

With most of my pregnancies I've felt my worst between about 12 weeks and 18-20 weeks.It's a whole lot harder when you've older children to look after,because you can't just say I've had enough I need to sit down.
