Hello everyone, I've just recently joined here so please be kind as I don't understand many abbreviations that's used.
Anyway I just got my BFP on Saturday morning !YAY!
I guess that I could be about 3 weeks pregnant, I went to the doctors for confirmation also but they sent the sample off to test which was kinda annoying .. At the moment I'm experiencing sharp stabbing pains from what I'd explain as my ovary on the left and its worrying me although it's not constant I don't know what it could be.
I've read nothing but bad stories which is scaring me so ive stopped trying to read those, but has anyone else experienced this problem?
Also I suffer from PCOS so this was a pleasent surprise when I found out I was pregnant I'm so excited!!

Congratulations on your bfp, the sharp stabbing pains are completely normal in early pregnancy and they do scare you mine eased off at about 5 weeks im now 7. The only time to worry is if the pains are constant, pain that is unbearable, or accompanied with bleeding.
Usual the pain is just everything starting to stretch such as tendons and the baby just embedding a bit further.
My pains were on the right sometimes it can be an indicator of which side your baby has implanted on.
