So I decided to get my hair cut before the baby arrives as I have thick curly hair that take a life time to detangle..my plan is to get a more manageable cut that will hopefully result in me looking a bit more presentable than constantly having my hair up in a bun because I can't deal with it . What do you moms out there think ? Any first time moms planning to get shorter hair before baby arrives ?

I just wanted to let you know, i have thick long frizzy straight hair - it's VERY thick, and after i had both my kids, i can not tell you how much hair i shed - everytime i washed my hiar, handfuls were coming out (i stopped shedding my hair in my third trimester both times) so what i'm saying is, once the baby comes and your hormones calm down, your hair will naturally thin out somewhat and hopefully become more manageable anyway, so don't do anything too drastic!

Oh gosh, you could totally afford to get it cut below your shoulders then. The shedding was like nothing i've ever seen, hair on the floor, jamming the hoover, it was worse than pet hair!!!
