This isn't really a pregnancy one but I didn't get a big response in other forums and thought there might be one or two ladies in 'Pregnancy' that were wondering the same.
Has anyone had to or planning to fit in a 2nd baby with the first child in a small room?
We are ttc our second soon but the main reason we are put off at the moment is the space issue.
My Son's room is small and currently we can only fit in his cot, changer, wardrobe and a chair. I think we will soon move the feeding chair out.
We can keep our 2nd child in with us (although there isn't enough room for a cot so not ideal and we will have to invest in a crib or similar so it lasts longer. But ideally we would have the two little ones in together. The only trouble is we can't really do bunk beds until the second child is 18 months+ so wondering if anyone has found any good solutions or ideas on how to get around a similar situation?
My DH is suggesting a high bunk bed style with a cot underneath. Not sure...

There are some single beds that have a pull out section underneath (like a second mattress) that can work for smaller spaces (it all stores away again during the day).
