what has ur alls dr's told you to stay away from as in foods...? and have they told you to eat certain foods?

mine says to stay away from anything containing raw eggs, unwashed veg and fruit, lunch meat, soft cheese, liver, caffeine, and ummm that's all i can think of right now but i think there was more...

and to of course eat lots of veggies and fruit

    just wondering....

you should avoid peanuts if you have allergies, asthma or exema. Brie, blue cheeses and goats cheese with a white rind shouldnt be eaten even if they are pasturised. mozzerella, feta, phili etc are fine. Alchohol should be minimal (1-2 units a week) and caffiene too. Raw eggs, liver, pate, unwashed fruit and veg, potatoes that are green or sprouted.... i think thats it! im finding it harder to eat all the things i should be eating. Getting the 5 a day can be a bit of work, but manageable, but we are also meant to be having 60-90g of protein a day. Thats loads and its hard work esp as im vegetarian! How are you guys doing?

Prawns are fine as long as they are cooked properly, thank goodness! x
