Morning lovely ladies. Its Friday. Yay!
Well we got a better nights sleep last night then I thought we would. Dexter still woke up a few times through coughing but went pretty much straight off again. His cough sounded less croupy and more like a normal cough too which is an improvement. It's his birthday tomorrow and I have no idea what we are going to do for it. We had a party for him last Sat. I think if he is feeling okay we may just all go out for a meal somewhere. Maybe take him to a softplay in the morning.
Hope you're all okay? Hi to all who follow!

MS - Glad D is getting better. Hope you have a lovely day tomorrow for his birthday!
Sorry I've been a bit AWOL the lst few days, I got struck down by the dreaded lurgy. I'm still far from 100% but I felt under pressure from my boss to come in today, so here I am, voiceless but pretty much functional. Very much looking forward to my 3 day weekend though and it's the big day on Monday!

MS - Glad to hear D's cough seems to be improving, I hope you have a lovely day tomorrow whatever you do!
ST - Ahh it's pants isn't it! Between us and Dolly early pregnancy is not being nice to us is it! Eeeeeek Monday!!! I'm so excited for you! Have a lovely relaxing weekend.
AFM - Well after 3 weeks I've finally put a full shift in at work with no sicky days yeyyyy! My body is obviously adapting now. Only thing is for the past 2 days I've had quite a bit of nausea, and I can only eat what I really fancy, cue me persuading our young apprentice to take me to Mcdonalds this afternoon as I don't drive, I'm treating him though so it's not that bad!
Hi to all who follow! x

Claire - I am mega jealous of your Maccy D plans! On Tuesday I walked past Burger King at the station and the smell of it had me salivating - I really regretted not going in and then H was incredibly mean and wouldn't take the scenic route home via McDonalds to get me something. I think he missed the memo about pandering to my every whim until next summer, tut tut. Glad you're doing better though!

MS - Glad D is feeling better, I hope he can have a nice day tomorrow.
ST - Lovely to see you, it's horrible being poorly and not taking any remedies isn't it. Your boss is a bit mean making you come into work. I'm so excited for you for Monday!!! I hope it comes round quickly for you.
CL - I could just eat a McDs I'm going to make a veggie burger for lunch. I'm glad you are feeling human again, and hurray for the nausea :-)
AFM - Still working from home, I feel a bit better today but not 100%. I do think I'll get through the day without a nap though which will be a first. We're supposed to be going for dinner with friends tonight, I think we'll go but it'll be an early one. I booked our scan for 20th Nov yesterday, I'll be 8 weeks that day. 2 long weeks to get through!

ST - Shame on your H, that is just unforgivable! ;) He's got some making up to do now!
Dolly - It will do you good a change of scenery, but I agree I wouldn't have a late one. Great news you've booked your scan. You'll be able to make out a fair but by then and you should definitely see one healthy heartbeat.
