Both children slept in their own beds again all night, am stunned. Hoping that one hellish night was enough to break J lol. My H is night shift tonight but at least it means he's at home during the day today to help out. He'll be getting sent out to get the grass cut though so the gardens looking decent for the supposed hot weather nice week!
1 week today till i see consultant for induction date, hopefully only 10 or so days to go!!

Glad you got a good nights sleep. Very exciting about induction.
Afm - madam woke at 5!!! And full of beans. There was not a hope in hell of her going back to sleep. oh well. I've cleaned the kitchen and put the washing on. H is back today. I've really missed him. Didn't think I would lol. No sickness today. We have singing this morning then a few errands. meant to be really warm so will look out the paddling pool for madam and the dog.
Growth scan on Monday. Should find out the plan from there.
Ally, hoorah for a good night's sleep! Eeek, 10 days isn't long at all now!
AFM - last day at work today!! Baby has been really active the last two days which is nice! Still don't think he's engaging yet (as per the wees-in-the-night-o-meter anyway!)
Don't think I'll get back on today so hope you all have fabulous Friday's! x

Daisy, wow very productive already! Hope you enjoying seeing your H later :)
05/07/2013 at 06:55
Ally not long to go now! Hoping the next week goes quickly for you.
Not been on much the last couple of days as I had a really bad headache Wednesday that kept ne up and wiped me out. Surprised it didn't turn into a migraine, but my head feels better today and I slept all the way through without getting up for a wee!
Sports day and then planning time at work today. Going to make sure I get a chair out by my team Incase I need to sit down. Standing in the sun for an hour or so might be a bit much.
Hope everyone else has a good day.

Daisy- enjoy the sunshine! Glad your not feeling sick today.
Pirate wife - enjoy your last day at work!

Ally- Good to get your hubby to mow the lawn. I nagged mine for days last week. If our garage wasn't such an overstacked health hazard i would have got the mower out and done it myself!
Daisy -is it going to be hot enough for paddling pool then? Hmm. Ours is small, and I usually put a bit of warm water in (I'm too nice) so maybe I will get ours out too.
PW- Active baby is good but can be very uncomfortable at this stage, hopefully yours is being kind and not kicking too hard
Bunny - have you suffered with headaches throughout pregnancy? Sounds like you need a restful weekend!
Me, well, we had a 6am start here. Groan. Never mind, sun is shining and it's going to a nice day at home, doing washing and playing in the garden. Late afternoon we are meeting a friend at a farm shop for a drink and cake (and they have some animals there too so Son will be happy)
In other news - the house we are buying is now 'sold -stc' on Rightmove and the agents website, so it is starting to feel a bit more real! Will be ages before we actually move, but it is still very exciting!
Baby-wise. Really must sort some clothes out for hospital. Have got a nightie and washbag for me, but that's it so far...

Morning all! Can't believe how little I get on here - I'm on maternity leave but busier than I was before!!
Ally glad you had a good your bed to yourself and a decent night sleep. They must know you need to cram in a few nights before baby comes!
Daisy - oof at the 5am start! G has started getting up at 6am which is bad enough! I bought a paddling pool last night, G was out in it until 7.30pm, lush!!
PW - yay for last day at work!! What have you got planned for mat leave?
bunny, can't believe you slept all the way through, amazeballs! I have around 4 wees a night on average, lol!!
IDC, your day sounds lovely. Fab news re: house, I love moving!
AFM - I am tired and have hurty hips and a cold, but trying not to moan too much! Hoping the nice weather reaches us for the next few days, it's so much easier to entertain G when the weather is good, stick a paddling pool in the garden and job done. Really need to sort hospital bags and finish cleaning the car seat (was G's so has been in the loft for 3 years). Time to get my head out of the sand and get prepared, eek!

Morning all, will be back for personals later but hope everyone is doing well.
Feeling good here, another good night's sleep - long may it last! Off to school this morning, Jacob has a taster morning in nursery ahead of September so I'm going to spend the morning sewing costumes for the end of term production which I'm looking forward to. Then need to go shopping as it seems we are now inviting people for a BBQ for Jacob's birthday on Sunday - H has invited the ILs despite his mother being pretty rude on the phone last night, I'd have told her where to stick it! Need to get started on his cake tonight too.

Ally - yay to getting a good nights sleep!
Daisy - sounds like a busy day for you, hope you manage to get an early night after your early start.
PW - have a good last day at work!
Bunny - glad to hear your headaches gone, enjoy sports day
IDC - exciting news about the house!
Dinx - hope the nice weather comes your way, and hope you're feeling better soon.
Margot - In-laws eh?! Can be a complete pain :-)
AFM - day 5 of maternity leave and I feel like I'm going mad already! H is off today as he's on nights tonight so at least I have some company today although it means he'll be sleeping most of the weekend. At least the sum is shining so I just plan on catching some rays in the garden!
Have a good day everyone

PW yay to last day at work, sure he will engage when he's ready!
Bunny hope sports day goes well
IDC exciting news about the house!
Dinx hope you manage to get the carseat and bag sorted, not long for you now!
Margot will be lovely weather for his birthday weekend!
Twinkletoes this is my first week of annual leave and so far I've managed to keep busy but can imagine in another couple of weeks ill be bored too. At least the weather is good, waiting for a baby in the winter would be worse
Afm had a lovely day yesterday with friends but paid the price last night with sciatic pain, was worth it though. Today I have a 2hr breastfeeding workshop, and plan to read in the garden other than that!

Ally – glad you got a good night sleep. Exciting to be finding out your induction date.
Daisy – eurgh, 5am doesn’t sounds like a good time in the morning to be woken, I found H waking me at 7ish hard enough this morning. Paddling pool sounds a fab idea – I want one!
Pirate Wife – enjoy your last day at work, hope it’s a good ‘un!
Bunny – wow, I’m jealous about the sleeping through. Hope the headache has all disappeared soon. A chair for sports day sounds a must for you, no way I could be standing (in the sun) for that long.
IDC – exciting news about the house. Think positive, a nightie and a washbag is a start! Have a nice afternoon.
Dinx – hope the sun’s out so G can entertain himself in the garden and give you some time to rest up.
Margot – hope this morning goes well for Jacob. Don’t you just love ILs.
Twinkletoes – enjoy some time with your H today – and a relaxing read of a book in the garden sounds a great way to spend some time.
Duckford – boo to the pain, but glad you had a great time! Hope your breastfeeding session is worthwhile and then you can just enjoy the sunshine.
AFM – had a lovely date night last night. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much in my life though, I’m the kind of girl that struggles on 2 courses but somehow managed to eat all 3 courses!! Bump is starting to get really heavy and uncomfortable lower down, so just trying to rest when I can. Off for lunch with my NCT ladies today, might even get to meet one of the babies briefly.

I cant do personals at the moment, will try and get back on later.
By the time i get to work these days and log in, this thread is sooooooo long, i never seem to post anymore. I am here though and 'watching' you all.
AFM - I am doing ok. I had my first mw appointment this week at 28weeks, I am measuring 30weeks, but i also did that with L, BP is fine and my GTT test was normal (i had that on monday too). She doesnt want to see me until i am 34weeks! She also listened to the heartbeat which was nice and strong and when she put the doppler on me the baby kicked her straight away, which was nice :)
I sorted my maternity leave and holiday out yesterday too, so it means i work 4 days in august and then i am done. I cant bloody wait!!!!!
