    Morning all.

Monnie- diabetes clinic doesn't sound fun. Do you already have it, or are they testing for it? Hope it goes well, then you can kick back and enjoy a restful weekend.

I've just had a lovely 8 hour sleep so am feeling well rested. Last night I showed H my bloaty tummy and he was really shocked cause by the end of the day I look 5 months pregnant.im looking forward to the bloaty stage being over! I've got a wedding this weekend, which I'm quite looking forward to except that its 4 hour's drive away, and j is at the stage where he won't sit still so keeping him quiet/entertained over the service will be tough. Hopefully he'll be on form and over his dhiarroea.

Oh Monnie, do you have a midwife yet you can call, who can refer you to an EPU for a rush scan? Or a local private scan clinic? Hope everything's OK xx

I'm just in from work again (early finish since they didn't manage to give us any break in 11.25hrs. Yawwwwwn. I have the weekend off, so we're off walking in the Lakes, taking the campervan. We would be climbing but the weather isn't good enough and all the rock will be wet. Still, it's time away, and midwife due Monday morning.

Chat to you all later when I get up xx

Agentblackcat, I'm a paramedic. Hence hubby thinking I know all about this stuff. Hmmm. I can deliver babies, and have done so many times, but actually being pregnant is worlds away!

Monnie, let us know how you're doing x

SG - a poorly kid and a long trek to a wedding doesn't sound fun. Hope it comes off okay and is a nice weekend.

Barefoot - weekend sounds great, definitely worth doing that stuff while you feel well enough. Some folk are so rough even before their BFP that it really restricts them, make the most of it :)

ABC - get a nice relaxing long rest!!

AFM - I'm totally exhausted. Another 12 hr day yesterday, with the cold still lingering. Nearly didn't go to work but made it in and worked like a Trojan. Out this evening, would rather sleep but there's a regular dinner group of us and I've not seen them since my wedding in July so it'll be lovely, if I can put a brave face on.

    Morning

This is very much a hello and a goodbye! I am ready to move to 2nd tri now. I haven't been on here the last few days. Just a manic week.Between a hospital appointment for my daughter, doing work at my dad's place whilst he is away and having a friend in hospital.  It was my daughter's 6th Birthday yesterday and we have a class party for her tomorrow....means making 40 cupcakes today! So I hope you don't mind the lack of personals. I look forward to see you all on the 2nd tri xx

    Morning, Yay for Friday!

Monnie- I had that at six weeks, all was fine. Just a bit when you wiped? I called EPU and they just said to monitor it. Hope your ok.

SG- Oooh sleep souns good. i havent slept too well lately. have a nice time at the wedding! I agree with the bloaty tummy, mine gets quite bad but I do now have a small bump ;0

Barfeoot- Walking in the Lakes sounds lovely. Hope you get some relaxation time too after these night shifts! Are you feeling better now?

ABC- hope you manage to get some rest. I had weird dreams too.

Counter- hope you have some energy for toight and you enjoy your meal.

Section 4- See you over 2nd tri soon!

AFM- well scan yesterday was lovely. baby all looking healthy.Dated a day ahead which I thought I may be. We have told everyone now so i feel likes its more real. only thing is looking at my scan report it shows the babys head circumference slightly smaller than the avergae dot. Has anyone else had that? She didnt say anything though so I assume its all ok.

Just felt like I could cry yesterday, think I am a little overwhelmed with the telling everyone and moving etc. In a good way though. Bought a few bits in Cambridge after so that was nice and them MIL took us all out for a meal.Just told my boss, he almost fell over lol. I wont be coming back after matenity but wont be saying that yet.

Just nipping on at work. Monnie brown is old blood remember, so many people have had it and been completely fine. Of course its so worrying by try and stay positive, even red isn't always bad. I had a huge gushing bleed at 6 weeks with clots and everything was ok. Try and stay positive. xxx

P is feeling better and slept all night so feeling more human today thank goodness. It's weird not having to hide it from people at work anymore! Not told any of my classes yet though. Will try and get back on later for personals. xx

Bertie, great scan picture, bet you're really happy. And yes, I feel much better although still a bit chesty. Nothing horrendous now though.

Monnie, fingers crossed for you, and great that they have arranged the scan xx

    Hi everyone!

Monnie, have you had any more? Also, testing blood sugar 3 times a day sounds a bit of a pain, but wow, loads of scans to make sure everything is ok all the way through!

    Bertie, awesome picture :)

I'm struggling a bit at work today.  I've been alternating between being starving and feel just a little bit queasy.  And I have SO MUCH TO DO.  Only 2 more days of work after today, though, which is weird to think.  Hopefully I'll get everything done that I need to.
