What about a cereal bar? I love those nakd bars and can still stomach a couple of them. I'm also finding I can eat plain Greek yogurt by the bucket. Apart from that I'm living on crisps and lemonade so I'm not sure I'm the best person to ask!

Boring but bananas seemed to help with my ms. Could mix it with other fruit/natural yogurt

What about things like bread sticks, crackers, oat biscuits, fruit, dried fruit, rice cakes, raw veg-carrot sticks etc.

I took to work carrot sticks. Cucumber sticks. Cut up pepper. The little mange tout. The little corn on the cobs. Wasabi peas.

I'm still trying to find something that helps me! I'm better when I've eaten, but the thought of cooking food! Makes me feel ill.
