hi didnt want to read and run.
Is there any chance you got your dates wrong? i know they say you can be 2 weeks out either side of dates with scans but 6 weeks is a fair jump.
Did you have a scan at 12 weeks?? or was the one you had done your first??
try and stay positive, a heart beat is a good sign xxx

Ideally Your doctor should be keeping an eye on your blood hcg level... Once that gets back down to normal ('not pregnant' reading) then that means you've passed everything ok. i have heard that some docs just get you to do hpt's though to check on this.
I would say speak to your doctor for sure... I had so many questions when it happened to me & felt so much better for having more info... But every woman is different so its hard to tell you how long it might last sorry . Are you still bleeding heavily or has it eased off?
take care jordan & hope you start recovering soon x

if its a m/c bleeding can last up to 2 weeks, i bled with both for 15 days then had a few days stop then started again for 7 days, then had my normal period about 24/26 days later, hope that helps x

Yeah Jordan i had that problem... I had a mmc and in the end decided to have the medication to start my mc... I thought i had passed everything within a few days & the bleeding stopped but then a week later my blood levels still came bk high which they said meant i hadn't passed everything so i had to take the meds again.... But... Be reassured that in my case the second round didnt hurt anything like the first & the nurse told me that that's right... The pain is correlated to how much has got to come out so if you only have a little bit left... You should be ok.
Thinking of you & hope it will be over soon x
