I signed up over a year ago as a PP for a fellow hitcher... I am now back with my own pregnancy!
I'm a bit late coming back as I am already 28 weeks but thought I would stop in and say hello!

Hiya, congratulations!! How has it been so far? Hopefully smooth sailing :)

Smooth enough - no sickness at all, a bit of heartburn in the last few weeks but not too bad and a weekend of PGP but I seem to be managing that ok. I'm having extra growth scans as I have a bicornate uterus (heart shaped) to make sure little one has enough room to grow and move into the right position, may end up with a c-section but I am ok with that!

I have a bicornate uterus too! O was perfectly head down until 30 weeks when he decided on a change of position and went breech! My waters went at 35 weeks and he was born by c-section early that afternoon, I was preparing for my last scan at 36+6 too see if he had turned and to talk about a possible section, looks like he just didn't want to wait!
He did just run out of room though, his wee hands and feet were really really badly bruised when he was born just due to being breech and squashed up.
Hope all goes well for you and your LO is behaving and staying head down!x

Good to know you had one too missdeedee! I wasn't planning on stopping work until 3 weeks before dd so they had better stay put for a bit! Was breech at my scan last week.

Huge welcome to you lovely! Another Ex H/MDer, GeordieBarbie had a bicornate uterus too. I believe she also had a c section due to baby's position but IIRC she wasn't far off her due date? Glad to hear all us going well x
