You're post hasn't appeared in full sadly so we only have your opening statement to go by. As such I shall ask what help & advice you're after?
I take it you have had a positive pregnancy test result to believe yourself to be 5wks pregnant? Have you discussed this with your boyfriend to determine his thoughts on the matter?
Without much more to go on, I shall give the best advice I can, are you certain you are pregnant & more importantly how do you feel about being a parent? If you are certain then you should make an appointment to see your Dr ASAP to confirm how far along you are & discuss your options (whether you plan to keep your baby, give the baby over for adoption or end the pregnancy). Drs are bound by confidentiality so only the people in the room with you at the appointment will know what is discussed but I urge you to tell a friend/family member as whichever road you take you will need a lot of love & support.

Hi shyla..I was pregnant at 15 and I knew I was & had a partner who was a lot older than myself..I never told my parents until I was nearly 5 months gone..to them it was like my life was over!! They took me to docs & therapists to try & make me change my mind (to not have the baby).i gave birth to a wonderful son in feb 2003 & I was then 16 years old myself He was a healthy 8lb 13oz. It didnt really hit me that this baby was going to have to come out one day! I panicked a lot!! Input my labour want as bad as what I thought it was going to be..I went back to school soon after and passed my gcse's with all top grades, I also had a home tutor which I worked with for coursework Whilst I was pregnant..us young mums do get labelled but like I did probe those e people wrong!!! My son is now 10 years logs and I'm 26 now married own house & hold a senior position in my job...
if there's anything at all that your worries about or need advise wether it's a family/friends or about your pregnancy.
good luck Hun xx

It is quite normal for them to just see a sac at 5 weeks. Do you have to go back for another scan?
Did they measure your HCG?
