this time im thinking either taping the test to my belly and write 8 months still cooking time left....
or my dear friend said cooking him a breaky saturday and leave the test on the plate...which i also like,
or wrap a test and pop it in his work bag saying open but handle with care......

Or any other ideas welcome!!!

oh Sarah please dont let that get you down... Like you said he's probably just worried about you both getting excited yet as he has seen how much heartache the mc's caused you... I know my husband says the worst thing for him was seeing me in so much pain & upset... Im sure he is just anxious for that not to happen again. & maybe for himself too... Guys tend to shut down their emotions & words when they're scared... Thats their way of dealing with things... Just apain that thats the opposite of how us girls react! Hes probably just putting up defences to protect himself & doesnt understand how that comes across to you.
once you guys get past the scary 1st trimester Im sure he will start getting excited!.
keep us posted x

Awww hunni #big hugs# I know you must be hurt right now n cheesed off and this is probably no consolation but I do think the other ladies are right. He is frightened, that is NOT your fault or his but I think give him a couple of days to let it sink in (you've had a head start lol) and I am sure he will come round. And for everyday that passes where your little sticky bean is safe his confidence and excitement will grow. As will yours. Hope you are ok and regardless of his IMMEDIATE reaction in years to come you will be telling your son or daughter what a lovely thing you did to tell her/his dad they were on their way!! Xxxx
