If you've had a +ve test followed by -ve tests then chances are you did have a chemical pg. If that's the case then you'd have pg hormones in your body which is why you'd still be getting symptoms. Also symptoms of your period are very similar to pg symtoms so if you are due your period soon that might explain why you're feeling like this. When did you last do a test? If you are worried go to your GP and see if they can do a blood test to confirm. I'd definitely say the stress is going to have had an effect! I'm making a bold assumption from your post that you would prefer to not be pregnant, assuming this as you've mentioned using contraception and being a student, but if you have had a miscarriage you will have a sense of loss and need a bit of time for yourself... xx
