Hello ladies, heartburn has stepped right up a gear in the last week or two. I converted to tea from coffee when I got a BFP, but now I am convinced tea is aggravating the heartburn. I am sometimes having hot chocolate (fairly weak) and it seems better but it would be nice to have a choice of drinks. We have about 5 tea rounds a day in the office and I'm struggling as to what else I can have.
Any recommendations? Thanks for any tips!

How about herbal teas? Peppermint is good for digestion and is quite pleasant to drink.

I drank quite a lot of peppermint tea as I found it good for nausea. Or rooibos? It's quite refreshing. Heartburn sucks though, hope it doesn't last too long for you x

I don't do hot drinks but I do drink gaviscon like it's going out of fashion! You need to get some! It's free on prescription!
