Hello, I've suffered from hyperventilation since I was 14, teens and early 20s were nasty, but since then I've managed it and to be fair it hardly affects me. In recent weeks it's got more frequent and it's tiring me out. 90% of the time it's not stress-related, is low-level and just there, happening!
Ironically, if it lingers and I can't seem to shift it, it then becomes a source of anxiety in itself :)
Wondered if anyone else had this in pregnancy and whether they found anything useful to help?
