So I have discovered my car isn't compatible with an isofix base. Can I have recommendations seats newborn car seats that just fix with the seatbelt?

We have the creatis fix with base. So the bottom bit of the seatbelt goes through the base and the seat clicks into the base and the top bit of the sestbelt goes round the seat. Very easy to take in and out and the base just stays in the car. I will see if i can post a link. Bear with me.. . !
My sister hasn't got it so she has got a maxi cosi cabriofix

We have the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix. We have Isofit but have underfloor storage so can't use bases/seats with legs. It's been great and fits on loads of different prams too.

We had a silver cross Ventura. Very easy to fit with a seat belt. I would go to somewhere like mothercare and they can try them out in your car to see what fits.

Pretty much all of them will fit with the seatbelt, you can also get amaxi cosi base that its belt fitted too.

We have a besafe izi you can get in John Lewis - we could have isofix but have not gone with it as I don't drive so will be going in friends cars and taxis most of the time.

My sister doesn't have isofix and has a maxi cosi cabriofix with a maxi cosi base that fits using just the seatbelt.

We have the Cybex Aton m.mamasandpapas.com/products.php and we've been really happy with it so far. We didn't have the money for the isofix base when we bought it so we use it with just the seatbelt and have found it easy to use.

We have the brittax baby safe and use it in mums car without isofix Just with a seatbelt and its really easy to use. Compatible with our oyster pram as well.

You dont have to have isofix to use a base. We didn't and used a maxi cosi base, fitted with seatbelt, that just stayed in place in the car. Then we had the maxi cosi pebble which pinged into and out of the case. I'd have hated not to have a base.

I'd recommend the maxi cosi base with the seatbelt then a maxi cosi seat to clip on as these came out very high in the which car seat testing

You can get a belted base for the Britax car seats. I had to get one as the seat belt would not fit around the car seat as the belt was too short (Ford Focus).

As others have said you can get a belted base for the maxi cosi pebble or cabriofix.
