Aww you're not a bad mummy at all.
Our system for jags is different at our surgery, the health board sends us the appointment through the post, saves you having to remember to book, can be a bit inconvenient if time/date isn't suitable though.
Don't beat yourself up.

If you're a bad mummy, then so am i! I completely forgot to take A to her 12 month jabs and I keep having to change the dates so she's still not had them at 14 months. (Here they are sent through the post rather than being to book your own. If you need to change the date they send you a new date through the post)

Coco didn't have her 12m jabs until she was nearly 17mo
Bad mummy status denied!

Surgerys fault not yours. They should have asked what age he is and gone from there with which ones to book him for.
We get a letter through the post to remind us to book. From Immy the owl!

The surgery arranged all of ours, I would have been clueless so don't beat yourself up. Sounds like they messed up not noticing he hadn't been booked for his 8 week when you booked his 12.

My HV booked W's for me! You're not a bad mummy! There should be a better system Hz place for these things!

Our surgery send you out the appointments and M didn't get her 8 week jabs till 10 weeks becausethats the first appointment they had. So don't worry!! You're not a bad mum, youve got him booked in and he's getting immunized. That doesn't make you a bad mummy at all xx
