We are mix feeding S which is working well but I would like to try to increase my milk supply so she can have more breast milk ir possibly go back to exclusively being bf.
Is it likely I'll ever be able to increase my supply to make this happen? How do I go about it? How long is it likely to take?
I have bought a manual pump too so have been using this but haven't been able to express much in the last 24 hours

Pump as much as you can. Night feeds generate the most supply so if you don't bf through the night then express.
Oats are meant to be good for increasing supply- so a good excuse to eat lots of flap jack. Mmmm may well have to check the cupboards now to see if I have stuff in to make some ....

Try to have lo feeding at night as this is where most milk is made, at night they stimulate supply for next day and its the fattiest milk so they pile on the weight.
Fenugreek capsules are good too

Oats, Fenugreek, capsules, eat well and stay well hydrated, most importantly is to let little one feed as often as possible, especially at night/in the evening, if he isn't feeding in the evening/night then express at these times
