I was on MIRTAZAPINE anti depressant and to help me sleep as I suffer from chronic isomnia. as well as Diazapam for anxiety.
Been having more panic attacks lately since i've stopped my Diazapam and I also seem to have worse depression and I haven't slept since Tuesday.
Tried camomile teas, milky drinks, showers, relaxation music, medatating... Nothing works. Any advice? xxx

Have you tried aromatherapy? You would need to use lesser amounts whilst pregnant/breastfeeding but using essential oils such as Lavender & Chamomile in either an oil burner or room spray within your home will help promote a peaceful/restful atmosphere & applying a dab of either oil to your pillow can help you bypass REM state into deep sleep. You may want to try a test stick in store before buying though as some people will get headaches/migraines from Lavender (better with a small amount on a tester than having dabbed it onto your pillow).

Cognitive Behavioural Therpay is very good for anxiety disorders. If in the UK you will have to push your GP for it though as the waiting lists are long. Alternatively you can go private and get seen straight away.
