A (8 weeks today) doesn't seem to be quite himself. He's been projectile vomiting an unusual amount for him, and he's filled more nappies than usual. This is after a few days of looking like he's straining to poo or break wind. He seems a little warm, not showing a temperature but our thermometer's a bit rubbish. And he's had periods of extreme grumpiness. However, he's feeding fine, and in between the grumpiness seems his usual self. Do you think I should do anything? I've got Calpol but not 100% sure he's got a temperature. I can't think of anything unusual that I've eaten which could have changed my milk and upset him.
Also, he's got 8 week jabs tomorrow. Should we consider cancelling?
Thanks in advance for any advice. It's just horrible seeing him uncomfortable! And I predict a bad night for us....

I would delay the injections - think they are fine if just have a cold - and would give a dose of calpol (they can have from 8 wks can't they?) and see if he is a bit happier.

Could be that he has a bit of a tummy bug, I'd probably give a dose if calpol incase his tummy is hurting and see how he is overnight

Thanks, sounds like Calpol might be the plan He's sleeping peacefully at the moment, he'd normally feed around now but I think I'll let him sleep and give him the Calpol whenever he wakes.

I personally didn't want e to have her jabs while she was under the weather as I wanted to know if she'd reacted. I don't think they'll do them with a temp but generally they will otherwise at my surgery.
I'd definitely try a bit of calpol and see if it helps. Fingers crossed what ever is bothering him shifts soon x
