I'm a little confused to say the least!
i took raspberry leaf tablets with my son 16m ago now at the end of this pregnancy I started taking them again. The box ran out so went and bought another and when I got home it says don't take if pregnant? Have the rules changed? I've tried phoning the shop but no answer

I took them with my son. At the time I was told that it can have an affect on your labour, making contractions come on quicker and stronger I think? I'm not sure what the thoughts are on them now though. Sorry that isn't much help.

I *think* it says that on the box as you're not supposed to have them until late in pregnancy. I drank the tea from 37 weeks and that was only back in March. Check with your midwife or with the shop but I don't think anything has changed.

You need to watch what fruit teas you drink in early pregnancy as they can affect the baby. Raspberry leaf tea is usually only drank as a way of trying to induce labour...not that it worked for me of course! but i'd be very careful with what you drink, and how much of it you drink too.

Finally got shop on the phone. Supposedly eu legislation had changed? They want you to consultant gp/midwife before taking anything but it is predominantly used for labour/pregnancy.
My old box I could take 3-5 a day new box say only 1-2 a day.
