remember you said the Neo couldn't be used from birth? Well this confused me as Kiddicare advertise it from birth in their videos and on the back of the pushchair is says it can be used from birth with the right Concord accessories. So I emailed Concord to ask what accessories I would need but they didn't understand my email, assuming the language barrier was the issue, so looks like I won't be using it as early as I assumed, boo. Thanks for pointing it out though.
Got one more question if that's ok. The raincover that comes with the travel system fits on the pushchair but do you know if it fits the Carrycot as well? I don't have the carrycot in my house yet to try it out.

Sorry to have been the bearer of bad news re the carrycot. Which one have you got ? We have the proton and love it. It doesn't need a rain cover as the fabric is water proof and the hood comes far enough over to keep baby dry.

I forgot I posted this, thanks for replying. It's the Scout we have, the folding one. Just feel I need either a cover for the carrycot or car seat as the weather here is terrible at times even in summer so wary of having nothing. Will need to get my carrycot and try the cover on it and look at the material and how far the hood comes over.
I think it's crap the fact the pushchair says it can be used from birth only with the right accessories but yet there are no accessories!

Our raincover zipped on to the hood so no way it would have worked on the carrycot. I honestly don't think you need anything, we used the carrycot from the January when it was snowing, raining, hailing etc and it was absolutely fine.
