Not what shouldn't you eat, but what foods have you completely gone off during pregnancy?
Mine changes daily for some things, but the things that I have been off completely are:
Coffee/tea, hot chocolate is the only hot drink I can stomach.
All sweet things like chocolate, cakes, etc. although I still like pic n mix.
All things creamy, such as ice cream, yogurt, etc.
Fizzy juice this week as it's giving me heartburn.
Proper dinners...I can't really eat a proper meal and much prefer to snack.
Meat, I am mostly off meat at the minute, but get the occasional craving.
Meals with sauces or strong smells...I am loving beige food at this minute.
Over to you!

Beige food is amazing! I was all over that shizz for my 1st tri!!
Totally with you on the meat too.
But fizzy drinks, I was never arsed about before unless we were out but now I can't get through my day without a pint of coke!

Mine is garlic bread I cant even bare to eat it...
Mushrooms frying turn my stomach.. most cooking smells make me heave so hubby has to cook lol
Given up fizzy pop now cant get enough of flavoured fizzy water!

Irn bru was getting me through the day, so I'm gutted about the heartburn. Cranberry juice with ice and a slice of lime is my new favourite.
I could have pretty much written that list Saffron!! Except the creamy things- Ice cream no but currently I am loving fruit corners. I'm also still occasionally drinking tea.
I cant keep up either though JJ I really fancied rich teas the first couple of week and H proudly brought back an enormous pack from the supermarket- they're still there as I just cant face them now!
Ice lollies, fruit and ready salted crisps are so far my only 'safes'. please tell me this improves soon- I miss food!!

I am going off stuff day to day too, think it may get better after 1st tri?

I've actually found Chinese one of the few ok foods. Rice, noodles, mini spring rolls...lots of beige.

I find I have to say the food combo out loud to see if I get that sick you feeling. Greasy food is a big no no as are tea and coffee. Living on ham and cucumber sandwiches and gallons of squash lol

Oh gawd, in first tri I went off pretty much everything!
Tea, any type- herbal, regular!
Bread other than crusty bread or really think sliced white bread.
Meat- all types
Cooked cheese, I could only eat it cold. Unless it was on pizza weirdly!
Tomato based dishes.

*Wonders what imp has eaten these past 7+ months*
In the beginning I was so sick I couldn't stand the smell of anything, I couldn't even face going into the kitchen. By the end there were 2 things I couldn't touch, peanut butter and squash (drink) no particular flavour, all of it, there's a taste to it all which I guess is the sweeteners?

With O, I went right off broccoli - I couldn't bear the sight or smell of it. I can't really remember going off anything with L, I just loved eating sweet things. With this one, I've gone off the smell of meaty stews, they offend my nose.

In the early days I couldn't bare:
- Chicken of any kind.
- Roast Dinners of any kind!! - am slowly getting better at this, if I haven't had to cook it myself.
I became obsessed with, and still am:
- Cheeseburgers (Mc Donalds ones only really)
- Peanuts in any form
- Apple in juice form

I *wish* there'd been things I couldn't eat. 2.5 stone to lose!!!

1st tri there were a few things that I felt I could eat & these were:
ham (just by itself at 1 point)
strong lemon squash
I'm still not a big fan of dairy & haven't eaten a yoghurt in quite some time!
I've done all my shopping since I was 6 or 7 weeks pregnant with the free tescos or asda click & collect service. Went in for the 1st time on Thursday & only did a smallish shop which was hard enough.
Last time all I went off was crinkly crisps & that was it!!!!
Take care all x

I can eat anything, not been put off food or craved anything all pregnancy. In first tri I needed to eat little and often to stop the sick&faint feeling. That's come back now at 26 weeks; eating normal sized meals makes me feel bloated and uncomfortably full, but too long a gap between food and I feel sick. Hard to sort at work with specific lunch breaks but easier at home.

I went right off roasted veggies when I was pregnant - peppers, mushrooms, courgettes, aubergine. They made me want to cry right until birth! Leeks too. Also anything salty was way too much so that ruled a lot of things out.

I could have written that list for myself in first tri!!!!!
I'm happy to say that once 2nd tri came along most of these things were re-introduced to my diet. Good luck to you.
In the meantime, you just need to eat so whatever you can manage just go with it and drink plenty of water.
