I had my first scan on Tuesday which i measured 11 weeks 3 days pregnant. Baby looked well and had a strong heartbeat. I'm now worried about my 20 weeks scan which is in september. I'm worred there will be no heartbeat. What are the chances after seeing baby's heartbeat of having a healthy pregnancy?

Generally most people will tell you that the 1st 12wks of pregnancy are those where things may go wrong as these are the weeks during which your baby develops most of its vital organs which then mature during the rest of pregnancy. As such many will feel more confident once they have reached 12wks & had their dating scan.
Nerves are still normal though, 40wks is a long time to wait for baby to arrive & you can go through many emotions on the way. Honestly, the best you can do to look after your growing bump is to take care of yourself. Best wishes

if your very worried you can always go to your community midwife and ask for the doplar heartbeat trace to put your mind at rest, i did this 4 weeks after my 12 wks can as i was nervous i couldn't wait for hte 20 wks scan it felt too far away and i was very anxious, hearing the heartbeating was the reassurance i needed and my community midwives were really nice at putting me at ease. x
