Im now turning 17 weeks and ive just started a new job. Problem is its a very physical one and im struggling to cope with my horrendous hip pain! Ive seen the doctor and he has diagnosed me with SPD and is going to refur me to a physiotherapist but I dont know how long that will take! Ive only been working there for a week and I dont want to have any time off as they have been amazing taking me on because of my situation. Im worried that they wont keep me on etc if I keep messing about and that I wont have enough money to get my own place etc, especially as the doctor said that it will only get worse! I really dont know what to do! The last thing I want to do is put all the pressure on my partner money wise etc! Help!!

Hi, I've had SPD with this and my last 3 pregnancy s - if you look online you can get a bump support band, it helps support hips and bump to ease the pain, mine was £ 10 from toys are us but have seen them on Amazon too.
Check its the " support" one tho as they do a bump bands to wear under your tops to make them longer !
The physio usually starts off giving you a tubigrip type support but I preferred the bought one xx
Also be mindful of how you move, give yourself time to stand / sit especially in or out if cars/ bath etc swift movements can be agony !
Hope this helps x good luck!
