you're the lady in the know about all things Kettlebells! M is 6 months now so it's time for me to get off my fat a** and back into the gym. I find it all too easy to cheat/take it easy so I am going to try to do classes. I've spent the last 2 Saturday morning doing a quick 45 mins KB's class which is mainly focussed on technique but a reasonable work out as well. The idea is that after the 4 weeks of beginners we move onto a full 1 hour class. The problem is I am cr*p! 3 babies and 3 c section does not a good core make . I feel so embarrassed just in the beginners class as I have to use pathetically low weights, stop for a rest etc and frankly, I think I may die .
Please tell me it gets better? What would you/your H say is better - lower weight, higher reps, or higher weight, lower reps? Any other tips? My aim is weight loss initially and some toning up.
Thanks love x

Sorry I've just seen this!
I'm going to get my H (if that's ok with you!?) to reply. He can give you the best advice. He works until 10 so it will be later on tonight but I will get back to you x
