So the time has come....! I only gained just over a stone when i was pregnant with P and 2 weeks after she was born i weighed half a stone less than i did when i fell pregnant!! However i have now gained half a stone and weigh what i did when i fell pregnant. Doesnt sound bad but i was 2st overweight when i started!
I am eating ridiculous amounts of sweet things. Almost too ashamed to admit how much but lets just say one day i ate 2 whole boxes of Cadbury Fingers and i am eating bars of chocolate, biscuits, puddings etc all day every day. I never have any energy and always feel lethargic so something has to change!
So i am off to Weightwatchers tomorrow night to sign up! Anyone with me?? Or people who follow a different plan - maybe we can do a weekly weight loss/exercise catch up on a Monday night?
I need people to help motivate me!
My focus at the moment is not being the fat mumma at the school gates when G starts in September!

Not sure if you ever venture over to OT but they have a weight loss thread over there, not sure if its daily or weekly but might be a good place to start?

OT have their weight loss threads which are good for motivation. I also use My Fitness Pal to log my weights as well as a calorie counter. I've lost 15lbs with it already and the best thing is that it's free!
