Don't worry it will get better as the weeks go by. Around 5-6th week I felt the worst too. I thought I had food poisoning or virus, felt so weak, sick, my back hurt and I had belly cramps. Headaches, horrible taste and exaggerated smell of anything. I was in bed for a week. Then when I finished my BC pack, I took pregnancy test out of precaution since it seemed my period was late and voila!
I still get lower back pain but not as before. Week or two ago my whole back would be stiff and hurt, now I just feel stiffness in lower back after I've been doing something for a longer time.
You will simply need to rest and gently stretch your back. I find laying on my back somewhat soothing, just find a position where your back gets flat with the floor(you might her cracking lol), you don't have to lay like that all the time tho.
Or have someone press your back for you! Heat helps too

Yes the pain has now eased down and I am doing the stretchings... My GP mentionrf that I can take parace is too painful. But I am trying not to take any.. but today I feel really out and I have temperature. keeping your body warm is not recommend isn't?

Usually(I mean if you weren't pregnant)it actually wouldn't hurt to keep yourself warm. Because when body has high temperature it means it's working hard to protect you from whatever problem there is in the body, and therefor produces more heat. Getting it cold would slow down the proccess.
BUT since you're pregnant I heard that even getting overheated like in hot-tubs could pose a risk!
I'm far from expert but I don't think I would be too wrong if I told you to drink plenty of water and try to get not overheated/actually try to cool yourself a little(not too much tho).
In the end feel free to call your midwife or doctor please! I was told whenever I'm concerned about pregnancy or baby(in the future)to JUST CALL my midwife/doctor so I really hope you do make a call, even if it's"just"for the peace of your mind :)
I hope you get well soon :)
